Guopu Well is located to the south of Guangji Bridge, 10 meters from the bridgehead. It is made of boulder strips, and the mouth is covered with a round stone. It is said that Guo Pu passed by Tangqi and met the drought. To save the people, he explored the direction with the theory of Feng Shui, and chose a site in a space in front of Dongwu Sanlang Temple on the south bank of the canal. He broke through the well and got the underground water. The water level was about 6 Chi higher than the river level, and the water was sweet. The common people were grateful, so they named the well Guopu Well.
